#RoadToOFSAA

It was stage 3 on the #roadtoOFSAA this past weekend, with OFSAA West Regionals being held at TD Stadium. It was hot, muggy and windy on Friday and much of the same on Saturday, until a torrential downpour caused a 45min delay. But, many of our athletes stepped up and are moving on to OFSAA next weekend in Toronto. Along with those moving on, many others put on a great show with personal bests or near personal bests in a region that is always tough. Each one of you, while representing your schools, did London-Western proud and your coaches, as well as the board are impressed with your accomplishments. Here is a list of our athletes heading to OFSAA, in no particular order…

Chelsea Hayden – 4th Junior Girls High Jump (new pb of 1.56m)

Sarah Semkowski – 2nd Midget Girls High Jump

Luke Smith – 1st Midget Boys High Jump (new pb of 1.75m)
