This past weekend our athletes competed at the AO U18 Outdoor Championships held on Aug 7-8 at the Toronto Track and Field Center and had a heap of great events. Among these performances were 5 gold, 3 silver, 1 bronze medal and 10 other top 8 finishes for a combined 116 points to secure the championship banner.
Our Women's 4x400 team sealed the deal during the final few events. The girls placed 8th to put London Western ahead of second by two points! The future looks strong for all our promising U18 athletes.
