Congrats to Lily Spoozak, one of our very own throwers! Lily specializes in shot put and discus.
Lily was awarded the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship, along with one other student, for demonstrating outstanding academic achievement. Both received the highest average in their graduating year.
We know Sylvia is very proud, and we are amazed too! Good luck to Lily in her future endeavours, we know her hard work ethic will take her far! Lily is now studying at Dalhousie University for medical sciences in Halifax.
